A deep frustration hits you when you offered your colleague an opportunity and he said to you, "thank you Marcus but I don't think I am ready." It is really sad to hear that. Call me a sexist but it's even more sad to hear it from a guy. I don't mind a person who tells me he wants to wait. I mean, waiting is good. It could be good. But the reason for waiting should be to wait for the right opportunity to come. So when the opportunity does come, you stop waiting and grasp the chance right there. You sound like a pussy when you say "I think I need to wait because I am not sure if I am ready". You can never be ready ready. You only have to make a decision. Looking at men like that makes me question if God has pranked them by misplacing a penis on their body.
